Please don't panic. You can just pop it in the fridge for a bit of time, usually 30 min to 1 hour does the trick, gently stir it, and your cream is back. Melting is normal in natural skin care, especially if the cream has no beeswax. Velvet body butter is a perfect example of this, as it contains Monoi oil, melting and setting with different room temperatures will be its normal behaviour.
